Brief description of project

The brief was to modernise a typical seventies Bryanston home that had been altered over the years in order to accommodate the new owners and their lifestyle.

The original structure was set recessed on the stand that created a beautiful lawn garden with Tennis court on northern side of the property.

The dated and insensitive additions previously done were demolished, and the new design took the home back to its inherently simple linear layout on ground floor . A first floor was added to create bedrooms with panoramic garden views. The concrete roof tiles were replaced by modern roof . Internally, walls were removed and opened up to create simple open plan living spaces.

New pool pavilion and pool was added to maximise the the new garden , and a covered terrace created to facilitate el fresco living.
