Brief description of project

This project was custom designed by JVR Architects and interior designer Julia Day of Generation. “The Wonder Room” implies a physical place, an intimate, livable environment in which people can imagine themselves.

The luxurious outcome of the natural patina of handcrafted timber paneling against the depth of hand printed wallpaper from Italy and the crafting of award-winning design pieces from steamed bentwood and rattan encased in the architect’s raw-hewn steel form, transformed the space into a sculptural volume.
